Ground Game Konki Gi

So due to the incredible generosity of another, I was able to attain as GG Balance a few deals ago. I love the 450 gsm. I'll never go lower or higher. I'm 5'7 and 135-140 lbs. Slim muscular build. The jacket was a bit spacious in the underarm and sleeve but nothing crazy. Pants were spot on. I'm sold on GG and will never wear anything else now. I'm sure you guys will love the feel.

I would highly recommend not wearing a ranked rashguard outside of your rank around your gym. Just buy a regular compression shirt from Academy or something of you can't get white or whatever. You're gonna look like a huge asshole showing up wearing purple belt gear if you're only 5 months into BJJ.

I hate "grappling shorts" or "mma shorts". They're always cut weird, are loose to the point of annoyance, never fit exactly how you want where you want it, etc. The Velcro in front is always too stiff and makes it sit weird on your junk. Just terrible. Every brand I've tried has never impressed me.

Unfortunately I would say no. They run truer to size than most and don't shrink too much. Very well made stuff.
